What is the difference between the two offers?
The Clinical Advisory Retainer gives you strategic guidance and a senior BCBA to consult with while you lead. The Fractional Clinical Director works inside your practice, building and running clinical systems with your team. If you are unsure which fits, the free consultation is the place to sort it out.
What is a fractional clinical director?
A part-time clinical leader who does the work of a clinical director for a set portion of each month. You get senior expertise without the cost of a full-time salaried hire.
How long are engagements?
Fractional Clinical Director engagements run 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. Longer terms lower both your monthly fee and your cost per hour. The Clinical Advisory Retainer requires a 3-month minimum.
What are founding member rates?
Our first clients receive discounted founding member rates: the Clinical Advisory Retainer at $1,000 per month instead of the regular $1,500, and 25% off every Fractional Clinical Director package. Founding member rates are available on a limited basis.
How many hours does the advisory retainer include?
Up to 10 hours per month. If you need more, additional hours are available at $150 per hour, and we always get your approval before using them.
How do I pick a tier?
Essentials (30 hours a month) suits an established practice with 1 BCBA and up to about 6 RBTs. Standard (50 hours) suits a startup or growing practice with 1–3 BCBAs and up to about 18 RBTs. Intensive (75 hours) suits multiple sites or 4+ BCBAs with up to about 24 RBTs. Every tier gets extra hours in the first two months. We will confirm the right fit during your consultation.
Is RBT supervision included?
RBT supervision is an optional add-on to the Fractional Clinical Director service at $100 per supervision hour. It is invoiced monthly in arrears and tracked separately, so it never draws down your monthly hour allotment. Founding member discounts do not apply to RBT supervision.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Lasting change depends on the owner and team doing the work alongside us. What we guarantee is our full effort, our experience and a clear plan.
Do you recruit clinicians for my practice?
No. Recruiting is not part of our services. We focus on the systems and leadership that help you keep the clinicians you hire.
Where do you work?
We are licensed in Oklahoma, Texas and Tennessee. We can also work with practices in states that do not have state licensure for BCBAs. If your practice is in another state that requires licensure, we can add that license to your package at your practice's expense.
Are there bonuses or performance fees?
No. Pricing is a flat monthly fee for the length of your engagement. No bonuses and no surprise charges.
